Palmeiras survived April's marathon games with a positive attitude; see a retrospective of the month.
Palmeiras had an intense marathon of matches in April, playing nine matches in less than 30 days, meaning Verdão took to the field practically every three days. The team led by Abel Ferreira competed in four different competitions this month: Campeonato Paulista, Libertadores, Copa do Brasil and Campeonato Brasileiro.
