Transmissão Série B: CBF recebe nova licitação pelos direitos; entenda o cenário atualBrax Sports Assets proposed to CBF to maintain the Brazilian champion's Série B broadcasting rights until 2026. The offer, revealed by Notícias da TV and confirmed by LANCE! , surpassed the last consensus, which was from Globo. If the current terms are confirmed, the new bond will guarantee at least R$210 million annually to the club. The sole beneficiary of any agreement is the Band. A free-to-air TV station would be the most popular to retain broadcasting rights. On other platforms, Brax, responsible for negotiating Rio's rights, will be able to negotiate with other companies.  Globo, Disney and NSports will be interested in both closed circuit TV and pay-per-view packages. Biz 03/07/2023 The model will be like that of the Campeonato Carioca: if the teams are unable to reach the promised value (R$ 210 million), the trading company will pay the difference. A new meeting between the CBF and the club is scheduled for this Thursday (9), and could go further. It is worth mentioning that Series B is scheduled to start on April 14th. What about the establishment of the club league? One thing stands out in Brax's proposal: the duration is until 2026. If this paragraph is confirmed, the bid could harm the constitution of the Brazilian football club. Both Libra and Liga Forte Futebol (LFF) are in advanced discussions with investors and intend to negotiate the rights to the Brasileirão from 2025, when the Série A contract with Globo expires.  The LFF process is more complicated. The bloc signed agreements with the companies Life Capital Partners and Serengeti Asset Management to sell 20% of the league, in a deal that could be worth US$4.85 billion. For full payment, a list of 40 teams from Series A and B is required. Clubs will hold a new meeting at the CBF this Thursday (Photo: Information) Libra Clubs (18): Bahia, Botafogo, Clubes.
