Men's categories At home, Brazil is joined by Germany, Cuba, Italy, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Iran and Qatar. Therefore, they needed to be in the top two to qualify. After losing to Germany, the Brazilians reached the final stage and competed against Italy, in the Old World. With a lot of emotion, the Brazilian won the first set, but took the upset.
