The decision was taken this Wednesday afternoon, after councilor Mariana Montebello Willeman asked for an eye to analyze the process. At the counselor's request, the hearing was suspended and will resume next Wednesday. However, Mariana Willeman said that she will not defend the annulment of the bidding notice involving Maracanã.
