Santos exposes the problem and tries to avoid delays in the Vila Belmiro works

Santos announced that it will not be possible to finalize a contractual amendment with WTorre this November to allow the start of the campaign and a pre-sale announcement about the viability of the new Arena by the end of the year. The deadline had been announced by Prime Minister Marcelo Teixeira, at a press conference in early October.
