The succession of Brazilian champions has made a difference in the last 13 years. In 2010, the Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) recognized the Taça Brasil and the Roberto Gomes Pedrosa Confederation as activities equivalent to the Brazilian Confederation from 1971, changing the old name count. This Friday, the list was changed again, with the CBF recognizing the 1937 World Cup, won by Atlético-MG, as the first Brazilian Cup in history.
