Coach assumes 'fouls' The new rule establishes that, if there is a fight or argument on the bench and the referee is unable to identify the person causing the problem, be it the player or the coaching staff, the person who will receive the card will be the team's coach. Conversion of offside The new proposal establishes that any attacker who is offside and receives the ball from an opponent who had “complete control” will be able to play without foul. If the ball is kicked by the goalkeeper and the player in possession is offside, the goal will be disallowed. So, if the referee judges that the defender who held the ball did not control it properly when it ended up hitting the opponent, an offside must be called. The attack is goalless. If a designated player or member of the coaching staff attacks the field and interferes with the goal, the attempt will be disallowed and the game will begin with a foul where the attacker was standing. However, if the attack does not change the play, the goal must be confirmed. So, if a player or member of the coaching staff of the team that scored a goal enters the field and directly interferes, the goal will also be valid. Another referee with power Under the old rules, only the referee, assistants, fourth official and other assistant referees could comment during the match.
