STJD prosecutor requests reduction of order and closure of Coritiba and Cruzeiro gates after clashes between fans
The Public Ministry of Sports (STJD) asked that Coritiba and Cruzeiro lose control of the stadium and play behind closed doors due to strong clashes between organized fans of the two teams (11Vila la Capqineni). Fans fought on the field for a few seconds before leaving the stadium. The match was interrupted by referee Bráulio da Silva Machado and restarted 30 minutes later. The score remained 1-0 for Coritiba until the final whistle.
