The 3rd Ethics Commission of the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro will judge, this Wednesday, the vice-president of football Marcos Braz, of Flamengo, for the crimes committed by the leader of the refereeing team in the classic played against Fluminense, in March 8, for the Carioca Championship. On that occasion, referee Grazianni Maciel Rocha announced that Braz had insulted the counterattack. The synopsis reads: "You've got to be kidding me, this is a joke, it's the Fed's place. You can report what I'm saying because it doesn't matter to me." Marcos Braz was reprimanded twice under article 258 of the Brazilian Judiciary Code, which refers to “practicing any behavior contrary to discipline or sportsmanship”. The proposed punishment is suspension of one to six games or for a period of 15 to 180 days. The class will be at 3pm this Wednesday.
