For the first phase, two groups will be divided with eight teams each: Group 1 - Juventude, Grêmio, São Luiz, Panambi, Passo Fundo, Marau, Aimoré and Cruzeiro; Group 2 – Internacional, Progresso, Nova Prata, Apafut, Caxias, Gramadense, Novo Hamburgo and Sulbrasil. In the first phase, teams play in a single round with teams leaving the pot. The top four in each group advance to the quarterfinals of the tournament. In a decisive phase, this confrontation will be defined in a back-and-forth format. Scheduled to start on April 1st, the event is the first in a series that will feature a ranking prepared by the FGF as a tool for A1 and A2 classification.
