Director Fabiano Melo recalls his successful work at the head of CSA
Football director Fabiano Melo was at the helm of CSA at the most successful moment in the club's history. From 2016 to 2020, the team from Alagoas came from a situation in which they did not compete in any Brazilian championship and reached Série A. Professionals comment on the work done. - I am very proud of what we did at CSA during this period. Three straight berths, a Class C title and two state championships. So many consecutive victories don't happen by chance. Careful planning and precise execution were essential to success – he declared. Fabiano's last job was in the penultimate edition of Paulistão in 2022. The manager took Santo André to the quarterfinals of the tournament, where Santos was eliminated in the group stage. At 48 years old, Fabiano believes that Brazilian football is going through a very professional moment. - We have developed a lot in recent years. More and more clubs are realizing that the responsibility of the football department must be taken on by qualified individuals who have studied hard to carry out these tasks. I am optimistic about the future of our sport – he concluded.
