Former Internacional directors were sentenced to prison for crimes committed at the club

Vitorifo Piffero, former president of Internacional, and Pedro Affatato, former financial director of the club, were sentenced to prison terms for fraud at the club between 2015 and 2016. The pair were convicted of crimes such as legal fraud, criminal organization and money laundering of people.
