In a new role, Flaco López is ‘reborn’ at Palmeiras
Although it was particularly frustrating for Palmeiras fans, especially after the club's struggles last season, striker Flaco López also has a chance for the Alviverde team and has already signed them on loan. Last Saturday (15), despite playing as home team, the Argentine scored in Palmeiras' 2-1 victory over Cuiabá, in the first round of the Brazilian Championship. It was López's third career appearance in four games, all played in different leagues: Bolívar, for the Libertadores; Água Santa, in the community of Paulistão; Tombense, for the Copa do Brasil, and now, to Dourado, for Brazil.
