Owner of Botafogo, Textor will be prosecuted for not presenting evidence

Owner of SAF do Botafogo, John Textor was reported to the Supreme Court of Justice for Sports (STJD) for not presenting proof of the attachment to Brazilian football that he claimed to have. The American businessman will be sentenced on April 15th, in the first disciplinary commission.
