Abel is suspended, but Palmeiras does not lose athletes due to suspension for the Paulista quarter-finals
Palmeiras faced Guarani this Sunday (5) with four players suspended and at risk of suspension in the Paulista quarter-finals. Even so, coach Abel Ferreira chose everyone, even if they were in the middle of the game. The coach himself entered the duel in Campinas with two yellow cards, but in the end none of them received a yellow card. Gabriel Menino and Dudu were starters, but were substituted 34 minutes into the second half. Endrick played as a substitute but was substituted at half-time. Gilson then came off the bench and went to the field in the 12th minute of the final game. In fact, the appearance of the number 30 is due to the suspension of midfielder Zé Rafael, who could be sent off and suspended in next weekend's final, against San Bernardo.
